Rapid Sign In
Rapid Check-In allows you to wait at home, the office or wherever you have a phone. This is not an appointment, but it is a convenient way for you to get your name on the list to be called when the provider is ready to see you. We will call you to confirm your check-in information and to let you know approximately how long it will be before you will be seen. Please remember that we can only give you an estimate of how long it will be before you are seen. We will call you again when it is time to come to the clinic. Please leave right away when we call you or you may lose your place on the list.
